Can I receive my prints in a single shipment ?

It's impossible to ship all pictures in single package because every picture is created individually according to options chosen by you. Every picture is then packed separately and dispatched from different workshops.

Having problems with payment site ?

Often the problems are caused by a pop-up blocker, strong anti-virus/firewall configuration.
Please ensure that pop-up windows are allowed by your browser and your system and try to adjust your anti-virus/ firewall program.

How long does the shipment take ?

The pictures are shipped within 19 working days after the receipt payment. If you do not wish to wait, use our express service - then the shipment will take place withing 7 working days. You will recieve a shipment confirmation by e-mail.
